Buckler's Reel offers a unique blend of folk-rock, traditional, international, pop and cover music, all featuring the ultra-modern electric Viper violin. We are based in Sussex and focus on live events, whether it be in a pub, open-air, stage, or hall, celebrating and enhancing all kinds of special occasions.
We cater to a wide range of music styles and tastes - from traditional Irish to pop classics down the years. All our musicians are highly experienced and talented, mixing 4-part harmonies with instrumental excellence and our live performances are always a hit with our audiences. After nearly a year of enforced gig famine, the band finally got back folk-rocking' at Mac's farm Sausage & Cider Festival. Weather was great and it was a sold out event. We shared the stage with My Heathen Family and DJ Rich - very nice people. We will return there in September for their Wild Meadows weekend. In the meantime, catch us at Piddinghoe Village Fete on August 21st.
